Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing Prana. Upon booking you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the below terms and conditions which ensure a professional, safe, and comfortable experience for both clients and therapists.
1. PAYMENT
Cash payments are welcomed and preferred to avoid 1.5% fee for card payments (Visa / Mastercard / AMEX / eftpos).
Please bring along your health fund membership card & Prana loyalty card if applicable.
We may request a non-refundable deposit to secure your slot but we remain flexible for you to make changes 60 mins prior to your session.
If you wish to reschedule or cancel, please make sure we have REPLIED to your request by phone or online chat (Our confirmation email is not monitored).
Appointments rescheduled or cancelled 60 mins prior to your session or no show may incur a 100% cancellation fee of your booked service.
15% surcharge applicable to public holidays.

2. TRANSPORT
Our centre is easily accessible by public transport and we encourage you to take them.
Alternatively there are plenty of street parking spots on Victoria Avenue/ Hay St.
3 hours free parking is available at CPP Pier Street Carpark on weekends.

3. ARRIVE EARLY
To enjoy the full session, please arrive at least 5-10 mins before your scheduled time for registration and payment.
Please wait patiently when you arrive and our staff will attend to you as soon as they finish their sessions.
Your booked session will usually start and finish on time within the booked period (included but not limited to consultation, assessment and clean up).
4. IF YOU RUN LATE
In case you will be late, please inform us in advance and we will accommodate as best as possible, otherwise your session will released after 10 mins.
Please note that if we have arrangements afterwards we may exercise the right to conclude your massage at the scheduled finish time or reschedule.
5. DURING THE SESSION
You are welcome to express your concerns anytime (any verbal or physical harassment to our therapists are strictly forbidden).
Underpants must be worn at all times.
Please keep your voice low during the session and switch off your devices.
6. LATE CANCELLATION PENALTIES
